1. Hire Period

The hire period commences from the time equipment is delivered or collected and ends upon return of all items in the condition in which they were provided. Extensions to the hire period must be agreed in writing prior to the original return date.

2. Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required prior to or on delivery unless a credit account has been established. All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Damage & Loss

The hirer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until collection. Any damage, loss, or theft of hire items will be charged to the hirer at replacement cost. Normal wear and tear is accepted.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection charges are quoted separately and depend on the location and size of the hire. Installation services are available on request.

6. Liability

BOP Event & Expo Hire Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the hire agreement. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss arising from the use or failure of hire equipment.
