How does hiring from BOP actually work?

Browse the range, add what you need to your wishlist (no payment, no commitment), and send it through. We check availability for your dates and come back with a full quote — usually the same business day. Once you confirm, we handle delivery, set-up and pack-down.

Do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Yes — we deliver, install and pack down across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato from our Rotorua and Papamoa depots. Delivery is quoted based on your venue and the size of the order, and always itemised in your quote so there are no surprises.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Prices on the website exclude GST. Your quote shows the GST-inclusive total before you commit to anything.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can for large events and expos — key dates book out. For smaller hires, a week or two is usually comfortable. Short notice? Call us — being local means we can often make it work.

What happens if something is damaged during my event?

Normal wear and tear is expected — that's hire. Damage beyond that or lost items are charged at repair or replacement cost, as set out in our terms & conditions. Any bond requirement is confirmed in your quote.

Can I change my order after I've received a quote?

Yes — quantities and items can usually be adjusted right up until we load the truck, subject to availability. Just reply to your quote or give us a call.

Can you brand counters, walls and signage with our artwork?

Yes. Many of our products — octanorm counters, plinths, panel walls and signage — take custom printed graphics. Use the "Request a Quote for Custom Branding" button on any brandable product, or see our Custom Branding range. Supply your artwork and we handle print and installation.

Is there a minimum hire amount?

No fixed minimum — though delivery makes very small orders less economical. For a handful of items, pickup from our Rotorua or Papamoa depot may be the better option; ask us when you send your wishlist.
